Time schedule.

Normally it takes 15 working days to register a corporation. "Off-the-shelf" companies registered in 1998 are ready for delivery within 7 working days after the receipt of the fees. We can use DHL courier services to expedite delivery. The cost is - US$ 60 for every DHL shipment.

We will need three alternatives of proposed names and the details of directors/shareholders. You may use our nominees if you wish to remain confidential. When we receive the fees we will initiate the incorporation.

We can offer representative or mailing address in the UK. It might be necessary to receive your business or sensitive (bank statements, etc.) mail. This facility may be helpful, when it is not desirable to disclose the company offshore origin. The fee is - US$ 299 p.a. which includes weekly letter size mail forwarding.
